It is located in Foshan city with an area of 330 thousand square meters, nearby many important sea ports ,such as: NANSHA, SHENZHEN and JIUJIANG seaport. Our annual output is around 300 million glass bottles. As an environmentally responsible enterprise, we apply denitration and desulfurization process on gas from daily glass kilns and the gas must pass through dust filtration system before they are emitted into the air. We also recycle the industrial waste water upon standard treatment which makes sure that there is no environmental pollution. There are one automatic-control furnace and four production lines. Each production line is equipped with double-drop machine. We have well-ventilated inner warehouse of 150 thousand square meters which can store 50 million bottles. The major raw materials include silica sand, quartz sand soda ash and cullet. In approximately 1500 degree centigrade, they are melted to produce glass bottle. Once formed, the bottles are sent through hot-end spraying, annealing for 60 minutes, and then cold end spraying. After well inspected, the glass bottles are packed by shrink wrap automatic machine. CHUANGJIA is committed to quality control, On-the-spot quality inspection and regular sampling inspection have been sent up. Automatic bottle inspection machine was introduced to carry out all-round automatic online inspection and two group of staffs visually inspect the appearance of bottles when they are on production. Regular sampling inspection mainly focus on the chemical and physical properties of the bottle including shock resistance internal pressure resistance, inner stress, volume, size and vertical axis deviation etc. CHUANGJIA strictly abides by Chinese national industrial production standard. (GB/T19001-2008) and international standard( ISO9001-2008) in the process of glass bottle production.
